Homestead Realty is a fictional brokerage. This website is a design and engineering demonstration. Every property, every agent, every client story, every phone number and every email address on it is invented. Nothing here is an offer to sell or a solicitation of an offer to buy real property, and no agency relationship is created by using this site.

Photographs are generated or licensed stock imagery used to illustrate a design. They do not depict real properties for sale, real transactions, or real clients.

Listing information

The 56 properties on this site are a hand-authored dataset built so that the search and filtering can be genuinely exercised. Addresses are fictional or generic; prices, specifications and dates are invented; school assignments name real institutions purely to demonstrate how factual attendance-zone information should be presented.

A production real-estate site does not work this way. It receives inventory from the local Multiple Listing Service through an Internet Data Exchange (IDX) feed, subject to that MLS's rules, and must display the required broker attribution, data-source notice and last-updated timestamp. None of that applies here because no MLS data is present.

Calculators and estimates

The monthly payment estimator computes standard amortisation and adds estimated property tax, insurance, any HOA fee and, below 20% down, an estimated private mortgage insurance figure. It is arithmetic on the numbers in the boxes.

It is not a loan quote, a pre-qualification or an offer of credit. Real rates depend on your credit, the loan product, the property, the lender and the day. Real insurance depends on the roof, the claims history and the carrier. Real property tax depends on the assessed value, which is not the purchase price, and on the current combined rate for that jurisdiction. Treat every output as an illustration.
